At Otis Explores, we strive to provide high-quality Fishing Gear, Luggage, Travel Accessories, and Travel Tech to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

Certain products, such as hygiene-related items, personalized/customized products, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions – If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item – You must ship the item back within 3 days of return approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection & Confirmation – Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or a replacement item (as per your preference).
  • Cash refunds are not available.

4. Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer store credit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused by shipping).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
